This was a down home country kitchen the service was excellent and the food was fantastic
Cute little down home cafe with great food and great service, Abbey served us and made sure our needs were met. I had a vegetarian omelette with beef and it was delicious and stuffed full, my mom got eggs bacon and crispy onion hash browns. Everything was cooked to perfection and the whole place is friendly! Thank you kindly from Texas for the amazing fare!!
Good, basic food at a very reasonable price. We had breakfast, homemade pies, and cinnamon roll. Everyone commented about how good everything was. The pies were "delicious" (to quote the pie eaters), and I can say that the frosted cinnamon roll was one of the best I've had in years. They had daily specials posted and looked good too. We'd all eat there again if we ever come through this area in the future.
Great food and very friendly service! It was really nice to stop and grab a sandwich with fries and onion rings! Very reasonable prices, we'll be back!!
Passing through on our long trip. Conveniently located for a quick stop and to get gas a couple of blocks down. Decent service. Food is what you'd expect from a small cafe. I was super happy that they serve breakfast all day. Not many restaurants do this. Delicious looking pies. Not expensive to us. One server is a little rambunctious, but not in a mean way so some might think she's rude. The other is quiet and soft spoken, but very nice.
We were in Norton for a visit and ate here. Food was delicious and homemade. Our meal included a lovely salad bar. We had chicken fried steak, beef tips, and sirloin steak. Everything was cooked to perfection. And the icing on the cake was delicious homemade pie! Highly recommend this place if you're visiting.
I saw they had homemade pie, so I stopped in. The rhubarb pie was outstanding. The crust was definitely homemade. The filling was perfect. Well done. When I was paying, I said whoever made the pie knew what she was doing. The lady said her grandmother made it. Grandma knows how to bake.
This is an excellent small town diner obviously a family business, we love seeing family's work together! The food was like good ole home style cooking and so very good. The salad bar was wonderful too and they serve home made pie as well! As truck drivers who drive coast to coast, we sincerely appreciate these small diners as there aren't too many of these open anymore. So thankyou Town & Country Kitchen and God bless you all!
